These terms describe how Nexora Shop (“we”) sells digital products at nexorashop.app. By placing an order you agree to them. This page is store policy, not legal advice.

Who we are

Nexora Shop is an independent digital-products marketplace. We are not the official website of Cursor, Google, Notion, Canva, Railway, or other named providers unless a page explicitly states an authorization.

Digital products

We sell digital software plans, subscriptions, coupon codes, licenses, and similar items. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is through your customer account after payment verification and processing.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account details. Some products only work on a new provider account, or on an account that has never held a premium plan. Some require a payment card at the provider. Those rules are on the product page when the supplier listing includes them. Buying a product you are not eligible for can prevent activation.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USDT from the catalog. The order total is fixed when the order is created. Later catalog changes do not alter that order.

Payment

You pay with a method shown at checkout (including USDT BEP20, USDC BEP20, USDT TON, and selected exchange UID transfers). You must send the correct asset on the stated network to the address or exchange UID displayed for that order. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible once confirmed. Wrong-network or wrong-address sends can be permanently lost.

After sending funds you must submit the TXID or transfer reference so we can match payment to the order.

Fulfillment and activation

We process orders after payment is verified. Delivery credentials, coupon codes, or redeem links appear in your account when the order is fulfilled. Follow the product listing and any delivery notes. Redeem links that the listing says expire quickly must be used in time; unused expired links are generally your responsibility if the listing warned you.

Refunds

If Nexora cannot fulfill an order, we refund. We follow up on submitted payments. Refunds are not available merely because you chose the wrong product, missed an eligibility rule printed on the page, or sent crypto on the wrong network.

Customer responsibilities

Keep your Nexora login secure. Do not share delivered codes in a way that violates the provider’s rules. Delivered accounts, codes, and credentials are for your use according to the supplier’s usage rules.
