Privacy Policy

This policy describes information Nexora Shop actually stores or may collect when you use nexorashop.app. It is not legal advice.

Account and orders

We store your name, email, and a hashed password; order history; cart items you submit as an order; payment method chosen; TXID or transfer reference; optional sender notes; and delivery text once an order is fulfilled. Delivery credentials are shown only in your authenticated account area.

Marketing attribution

If you arrive with UTM parameters or a referral code (ref), we may store that attribution on the order so we can see which campaign or referrer led to a purchase. We do not use that data as a public profile.

Optional catalog updates

If you opt in via the footer form, we store your email and interest so we can send occasional product or stock updates. This is not a discount program and does not change catalog prices. Contact support to stop receiving these emails.

Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site, Google may collect device and usage data (including cookies or similar identifiers) to measure visits and ecommerce events such as viewing a product or completing a paid order. Purchase events are recorded only after an order is paid or fulfilled, not when a checkout is created. See Google’s own documentation for how Google processes measurement data.

Cookies

We use an HTTP-only session cookie (nexora_session) to keep you signed in. The browser may also store cart contents and attribution locally on your device.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. Payment screenshots are not required. We do not publish customer orders, delivery credentials, or wallet secrets to search engines.
