How cryptocurrency checkout works at Nexora Shop
How to pay for a digital plan with USDT, USDC, or an exchange UID transfer, submit a TXID, and receive delivery in your account.
Nexora Shop sells digital software plans. Checkout is cryptocurrency-based. This page describes the actual purchase flow used in the store, not a generic crypto tutorial.
1. Choose a product and review the listing
Open a product page and read the plan, duration, activation type, card requirement, and any new-account rule before you pay. Listings can differ: some activate on an existing account, some require a new account, and some need a payment card at the provider.
2. Create an order
Add the product to your cart and sign in or register. Creating an order locks the USDT amount for that order. Later catalog price changes do not change an existing order total.
3. Choose a payment method
Supported methods currently include USDT on BEP20, USDC on BEP20, USDT on TON, and selected exchange UID transfers. The checkout screen shows the exact asset, network, amount, and destination for that order.
4. Send the exact amount on the stated network
Send only the token and network printed on the order. A wrong network can permanently lose funds. There is no recovery path for an irreversible on-chain mistake.
5. Submit the TXID or transfer reference
After you send payment, paste the transaction hash or exchange transfer reference into the order. That is how we match your payment to the order. Screenshots are not required.
6. Verification and delivery
We verify the payment, then process the product. Delivery credentials, coupon codes, or redeem instructions appear in your account when the order is fulfilled. Timing depends on verification and supplier processing; the store does not promise instant delivery.
If something goes wrong
Contact support with your order number (for example ORD-YYYYMMDD-…). If Nexora cannot fulfill an order, the published policy is to refund. Wrong-network sends and expired redeem links are covered on the Terms page.
